Whether it be singing, dancing, laughing, or mantra – let’s come together to support each other’s awakening and healing.

The increased energy and power of a group of people coming together to heal, celebrate and awaken is potent indeed. Amplification always occurs when you are in a container occupied by many. It is also a fun and healthy way to socialise and a rewarding experience which provides us with spiritual nourishment.

An environment of acceptance and belonging provides the perfect conditions under which social creatures like us can thrive.

The practise of chanting mantras is an ancient one, that calms the mind and soul and is said to help develop one’s mental powers and take one to a higher level of consciousness.

When done in a group, the powerful energy of the mantra is greatly amplified. Certain mantras can transmute energy and have been known to purify the environment and bring peace to areas in conflict.

With our group mantra chanting, we not only support ourselves and each other – but the area we are in, and the planet at large.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a direct access point to a place where we feel the power and the magic of who we truly are.

The breath is an amazing intelligence that allows the body to take care of all the internal processes to keep us alive. This intelligence is constantly at work whether we are consciously aware of it or not.

But breath is not only working on the physical, it is also a powerful tool that can be used to connect to the True Self. So often we are not living from our True Selves, we are seeing the world through a lens of distortion (fears, judgements, social conditioning, past traumas etc) – breathwork removes that lens.

Breathwork is a way to get the monkey mind out of the way and connect with your inner intelligence, your intuition, your true essence.

Doing breathwork on a regular basis can:
  • Bring about profound physical and emotional releases
  • Strengthen the neural pathway to your inner intelligence (intuition). Thus enabling you to access this intelligence more consistently in your life (allowing you to extract what YOUR truth is in every situation)
  • Deeply stimulates the vagus nerve, which calms the nervous system
  • Builds a deeper connection with your body and understanding of your emotions

Group Meditation

Group Meditation

There is a synergy created when people meditate together. The healing power is magnified and there even are studies that prove the existence of a ripple effect of peace in the surrounding environment when a group
meditates together.

A connection with others can be felt, as we simultaneously tap into the same silence and source of peace. We literally meet each other at the same wavelength, in fact, EEG results show that individual’s brainwaves synchronise while meditating.

I currently run a Monthly Online Group Meditation, called Sowing the Seeds of Love.

Group Dance

Dance is a great way to practice embodiment (being in your body), process emotions and release energy through movement. Dancing also releases neurotransmitters (chemical messengers) that make us feel good.

The thought of dancing can sometimes trigger anxiety, but movement can actually empower us. We have an innate instinct towards wholeness, and finding our own rhythm is a way of dancing with this natural instinct. With practice, the right intention, commitment and dedication, we can create transformational shifts in our lives.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga can help to lift your mood, reduce stress, increase your energy levels, even strengthen your immune system and raises your resilience and ability to handle life.

Laughing releases endorphins, dopamine and serotonin (the ‘happy’ hormones) and it represses the stress hormones like cortisol. Since you cannot always rely on finding external influences to make you laugh, learning to laugh without them is so valuable.

Laughter yoga involves a series of movements and sounds to promote deliberate laughter.
Scientifically, your body cannot differentiate between real and fake laughter (if done wholeheartedly), so you receive the same health benefits either way.

It’s a great way to peel away the all the masks and to just be silly and connect with your inner child.
