Looking after your Adrenal Health – Avoiding Adrenal Fatigue
Prolonged stress exposure can deplete the adrenal glands In this modern world of the rat race, the rush, the eternal hustle and the eyebrow raise at even the mention of rest – I’d argue that all of us to some degree have adrenal health issues and adrenal dysfunction - and a very large proportion of…
Hormone Support Straight from Nature
Did you know that the Pomegranate delivers Bioidentical Estrogen? The Pomegranate is more than a (truly beautiful) fruit. Biologically speaking, the ‘fruit’ that we eat is actually the ripened, seed-bearing ovary of the flowering plant - a botanical structure which is technically classified as 'berry'. How my African name found me

Many years ago, two of my good friends started calling me Lindiwe. It was by a series of events that this African name came to find me (after a mix-up with my coffee order where I was called by this name). They told me it meant ‘been waiting for you’ – and I joked that I must be the female Jesus.

When I finally stepped onto the path of flow that the Goddess had instructed me, this name kept popping up in my mind. Of course it made sense, as I had begun exploring and consciously embodying and activating the Feminine Christ Consciousness (that we all have within us).

I knew in my heart that this was my name when working in this space, but felt unsure about being so bold as to actually start using it. Shortly after I was at God’s Window, where there are hundreds of locks placed by people (as is the trend in the world atm). I looked down, and this lock (pictured) was right in front of me. I knew then that it was a sign from above, confirming that this name was seeking me after all. And confirmed at the window of God of all places – you cannot ignore that bold message. 😉

So here I am, an African woman, calling myself by the African name that found me…Lindiwe.
