Looking after your Adrenal Health – Avoiding Adrenal Fatigue
Prolonged stress exposure can deplete the adrenal glands In this modern world of the rat race, the rush, the eternal hustle and the eyebrow raise at even the mention of rest – I’d argue that all of us to some degree have adrenal health issues and adrenal dysfunction - and a very large proportion of…
Hormone Support Straight from Nature
Did you know that the Pomegranate delivers Bioidentical Estrogen? The Pomegranate is more than a (truly beautiful) fruit. Biologically speaking, the ‘fruit’ that we eat is actually the ripened, seed-bearing ovary of the flowering plant - a botanical structure which is technically classified as 'berry'. Nature is just so clever! As it very often shows…
Womb and Pelvic Floor – your healing journey
The area of the female reproductive system and pelvic floor is an intelligent and powerful space in a woman’s body. A place that can hold and steward life and the emotions associated with life itself. Because this area is a space so deeply connected to sexuality and reproduction, it is often a place where trauma…

Four quick ways I raise my vibration

Shoo, we are living in some challenging times for sure. There can be days when you feel great, floating in a happy bubble in 5D. But then just like that ‘wham!’ a person, situation, or simply the collective energy knocks you back down to 3D.

Not a fun feeling when you have been doing all the things to maintain a high vibe. You feel the full impact of that massive fall downwards from up high and the hard crash of the landing.

But hey, this is what we signed up for. To feel it all, navigate through it all, and transmute the lower vibrations into higher ones.

So – allow yourself to feel all those feels, don’t run away! But feel it, allow it to move through you without judgement – and then release it. Don’t allow yourself to get stuck in that dark place.

Here are some of the methods I use to get myself out of that low vibe hole and re-ignite my light.

Hug a tree

I am a tree-hugging nature fairy by nature (haha, nature) – so this is my number one go-to method for an instant pick-me-up.

Place your heart flat against the tree, wrap your arms all the way around. Feel that heart connection and b-r-e-a-t-h-e in that beautiful, nourishing tree energy.

Give gratitude for the sacred exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide, each of us giving life to the other.

If you are able to tune in to the energy, you’ll feel that tree hugging you right back.

Shinrin-yoku (Forest bathing)

Those Japanese know what they’re doing! Shinrin-yoku (Forest bathing) is a therapy that was developed in Japan, but hey, mankind have been doing it forever (just without the official name).

If you’re lucky enough to have a forest or park near you, leave your phone at home and go for a walk and a forest bathe. The aim is to have no plan or structure, but just to wander aimlessly, following your body wherever it leads you.

Do remember to stop every now and again (this isn’t a race, but a marathon) – bend down to study that flower in more detail, feel some tree bark under your hands. Pay attention to the sensation of the path beneath your feet.

Walk barefoot

Don’t just take your shoes off, but as you walk on that grass, sand, beach or mud really focus on how it feels. Does it tickle? Is it squishy? What is the temperature? Can you feel the energy?
Focus all six senses on the experience.

Spend some time around little children

The irony of this is I used to be someone who COULDN’T STAND to be near children. The loud noises, the high pitches…and all that screaming!

But since the Universe recently introduced three great-niblings into my life, all this has changed. It has cracked my heart open to that pure innocent childlike energy and connected me deeper to my own inner child.

I even chose to sit close to the noisy child playground at a restaurant recently – when I was there all alone! My family view this with great mirth.
