Your breath is an amazing intelligence that assists your body in all of the vital internal processes which keep you alive. This intelligence is at work constantly, whether you are conscious of it or not.

However, breath does not only work on the physical, but is a powerful tool that can be used to connect to your True Self.
Most of the time we are moving through the world and seeing it through the lens of distortion (fears, judgements, social conditioning, past traumas etc). Breathwork removes that lens and helps us to access an expanded state of awareness – connecting to our True Self, our True North.
Breathwork is a direct access point to a place where we feel the power and the magic of who we truly are.
By consciously using the breath we are able to get the monkey mind out of the way and connect to that inner intelligence, our intuition, our True Essence.
Practising breathwork on a regular basis
- Brings about profound physical and emotional releases
- Strengthens the neural pathway to your inner intelligence (intuition)
- Gives you the ability to access this intelligence more consistently in your life (being able to simply stop, take a few breaths and calmly extract what YOUR truth is in every situation)

- Connects you deeper with your heart and emotions (not muddied by chaos or confusion)
- Gives you your power back
Your body is the Healer
Our bodies are the healers, and it is when we allow ourselves to feel that we begin to heal.
The breath meets you where you are and guides you to where you need to be. It serves as your unwavering ally on your path of personal growth and healing.
Instead of pushing the uncomfortable emotions down, trying to force ourselves to ‘good vibes only’ – we get to stay in our bodies and feel through the sensations we have been trying to suppress. Not linking these to any stories, simply letting the emotion move through and out of the body (which takes no longer than 90 seconds).
Through the breath we can access deeper states of felt sensations and emotions that we have suppressed (perhaps for years or even decades).
This of course can feel uncomfortable. Our minds will try to stop it – the ego does not like to feel discomfort. Yet this is where we – holding all the power – get to make that choice to breathe THROUGH IT. Your intelligent body is the healer and you and your body (not your monkey mind) are in control.
Our job then is to simply let go and let our bodies know that it is safe to relax, to feel, to process all of these emotions.
Getting through to the other side we feel lighter and more alive. This path will truly set you free.
