I was woken this morning with a clear picture in my head of a jigsaw puzzle being built, and a download that went with it.

Yet there can be so much murky misty muck enfolding us (old trapped emotions and traumas) and so many old stories that we are engulfed in, that we are unable to recognise this.
That is why it is so important having someone by your side, supporting you to bring out the very best of yourself – to get to this place of connection and knowing.
This is where the benefit of getting a safe space to speak, to be heard and witnessed is pure Gold.
It can be the start of a very beautiful alchemical process.
The Jigsaw Puzzle
When you are speaking your story, your truth, your hidden shadows, it is like throwing all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle out of its box.
Everything is laid out and bare, there on the table to be seen.
In the Sacred Silence that follows, you are then given the opportunity to sit with these pieces, laid out as they are – looking back up at you.
Sitting in that silence you begin to notice which pieces are corners. And from there you see some other pieces that link up – you reach out and join them together.
Piece by piece, little parts of this puzzle start to come together.
Then feeling safe once again, you get to speak out more, share more of your story, your authentic self.
This is like picking up that jigsaw puzzle box and shaking it, noticing some pieces that were stuck in there now fall out.
Again, the Sacred Silence – and now you spot even more pieces that link together.
All the answers are in YOU.
The Hero / Heroine’s Journey
In the Hero / Heroine’s Journey the Heroine always end up back at the start, back home.
The ever-unfolding labyrinth of our lives, our spiritual growth.
On the journey the Heroine will meet others along the way – they provide guidance, clues, advice on which road to take, or what to pack (this is akin to me guiding and supporting you).
The Heroine uses that guidance (or not) and continues on her journey, and she always ends up back home.
You are the Heroine
You are coming back home to yourself
To your inner knowledge and wisdom
This communion with your heart, your womb – both are conduits to God / Source / Divine Wisdom – antennas for this wisdom, for spiritual union, accessed directly through your own precious body, as gnosis.
Once you are in a calm, clear, listening space – only then can the right answers find you.
Before that it is just a lot of distorted noise and feedback loops (ego’s fear based answers).
So step back
Embrace the Sacred Silence
All the answers are sourced through your own wisdom, your own knowing.
This is Home.
Only YOU can know what is right for YOU.
But…. you have to bravely take that first step onto the path.
And then keep walking the journey…to gain the wisdom of the Heroine.
Through the trials and tribulations…. until you find your way Home.
